Geng Kieaw waan ; the Thai name confuse of people and make them think that it has to be sweet. However, green curry should be spicy, salty and creamy from coconut cream. Three flavor sauce is very versatile sauce and easy to both make and keep. It can be sauced over different proteins and introduce easy understanding of Thai flavours to newcomer.
