In this workshop, fresh pasta will be made from scratch with good flour, organic egg and proper oil. They get cook Cabonara with good quality bacon and parmigiana Reggiano Paramasan cheese. With traditionally without cream but good organic egg. From boiling pasta grating the cheese, crack the egg, fry the bacon. They will do everything themselves.
On the way, they will also learn the different between real and processed cheeses and different type of chicken and chicken egg production.
Chopping away the mirepoix either carrot, onion, celery is great introduction to knife skill set for Bolognaise. Understand where their meat come from and how our proteins of choice impact our environment.
