In this workshop, beef patties will be made from scratch. Mayo will be demonstrated to understand the concept. Organic minced beef/pork is used for these lovely burger.
Chips or crisp is made. Sizzling some bacon and slicing the tomato to put between burger. Sweat away the onion to make onion jam and learn all the trick on frying cheese stick from approachable cheddar to sophisticate brie. Everything will go very well with home-made tomato. Next time the family have a party, they can run the burger station for everyone.
