Bo.lan Education Program ( BEP )
is a spring off the decade long established Bo.lan Essentially Thai, the restaurant renowned for its truthfulness to the culinary heritage as well as its sustainable approaches in its operations.
With experiences and knowledge we have accumulated during the restaurant times, it will be sad to keep them to ourselves. Experience, knowledge and recipes alike, they are best shared.
BEP values the concept of “Food Literacy” which will be our foundation in every activities carried out by BEP.

Promote Food Literacy for all
We offer different short courses, workshop, seminar, tasting education on various topic ranging from basic cooking classes for beginner to 4-day Master Class in Thai cooking.
We do have Master Chef series where best in their field are invited and share their knowledge with us. Kid class also available since great palate & awareness of the impact from our food choice must be raised young. We also extend our service to corporateand F&B training to support the hospitality industry with eco-gastronomy minded personnel who will be well equipped with passion, knowledge and skill to contribute to F&B industry and beyond.
