In this workshop, fried rice represents the zero food waste practices in the kitchen. Quick and easy fried rice that serves every occasion lends itself to different variations. With Japanese curry; we will make the cube from start to finish. Cutting large pieces of vegetables, braising, and slow cooking curry.. This versatile curry can be served with rice or eaten with Udon. Variation will be explained in the workshop. Crispy batter made with soda will be made to coat sustainable fish and other seafood. Nice golden brown fish and chips will be mastered in this workshop.
