Thai food is so full of flavors and textures. Sometimes, it can be challenging to find the right wine for Thai food. In the workshop, there will be 3 styles of white and red ( 6 in total ) for you to discover. 6 Thai dishes with different flavor profiles to serve as and reference point.
Green curry with chicken, Stir-fried holy basil with pork, Tom yum of prawn, Chili relish of young peppercorn, Beef salad with sriracha dressing, Fermented platter.
