In this workshop, Up-cycling is our focus. Although zero waste is impossible, zero waste to landfill is very practical. Kitchen waste can be easily managed with composter but why don’t we give them the second chance by up-cycling or repurpose them. Making lemongrass and pandan tea from lemongrass scarp left over from the tom yum and turn the spent lime into home-made dishwashing liquid
